Rainbow Warriors

Rainbow Warriors is an extension of Simply Yoga. The Rainbow Warriors classes also practices the Hatha style yoga. We offer kids yoga at the studios or as a Parent & Child workshop. The yoga and art workshops are also available for the younger group. Creative yoga is all about having a fun atmosphere to inspire the children to develop all their senses. The classes heighten their development, encouraging and stimulating them. Join in and be inspired to do what comes naturally and have creative fun while learning.

Classes & Pricing

Yoga for kids & teens

You can purchase a single class at the “drop-in” rate of R120 to “test the waters”. If you decide after your first class that you would like to continue then you are welcome to purchase any of the following monthly bundles. Bundles are purchased at the beginning of each month and are only valid for that month, unused classes do not carry over into future months. (banking details on request).

Yoga with art element

The benefits of yoga with art for kids is excellent for the development of fine motor skills. It allows them to use all of their senses and being creative allows them to use their imagination.

There is also an option of our parent and child yoga for the age group of 3-5 years for one hour once a week due to interest.

Yoga helps calming and relaxing the mind which improves social interaction and overall promotes a healthy lifestyle.
